When I do this I can get a variety of results. If you are quick, you can make it take a screenshot of the HUD (while it is opening so it has partial transparency).
In order to reproduce the bug you have to hold alt long enough that it does not open the HUD - this reveals the LIM. Then press print screen. The screenshot isn't taken until you release alt, which also causes the LIM to start fading out. So this is a race condition, where if the fade out takes longer than expected, the LIM will appear in the screenshot. ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1283530 Title: Using alt-printscreen when locally integrated menus is turned on creates undesirable results To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1283530/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
