Thank you for your bug report. Ubuntu is currently feature frozen (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeatureFreeze), you need to get a feature freeze exception for that sync, could you follow the process described on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess for it?
