The dcmi kernel module has not been upstreamed (which the dcmitool uses, which is necessary for inband management and setting username/passwords and BMC information).
The dcmi kernel module also relies on the mei driver. The upstream mei driver causes the OCP v2 Intel Windmill machine to hang on reboot. So the mei issue appears to be more of a bug.
