Public bug reported: @1 lsb_release -rd: Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS Release: 12.04
@2 apt-cache policy gnome-system-log: gnome-system-log: Installed: 3.4.1-0ubuntu1 Candidate: 3.4.1-0ubuntu1 Version table: *** 3.4.1-0ubuntu1 0 500 http://si.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/main amd64 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status @3 I'm using gnome-system-log to analyze own logs. It is started from command line with the log file specified. Once started and log file from the side pane (specified in the command line) is selected / confirmed, two cases not working as supposed were detected: a) -> Filters -> Matches Only (screen is blank, OK) -> first filter selected shows no content, after second is selected, the content of both is shown b) -> deselecting any of the filters it does not remove the content, but only sets the coloring to the default (I'd expect the content is hidden again since "Matches Only" is active. ** Affects: gnome-system-log (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1289407 Title: content is not always updated using filters To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-system-log/+bug/1289407/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
