<http://git.xfce.org/xfce/libxfce4ui/commit/?id=d5467df1c64ff6cf6884cd7347a3c8c62c49b32e> introduced a new symbol, xfce_dialog_show_help_with_version(), but you didn't bump debian/*.shlibs files for the new release. This means that a package using the new function will be installable with the old libxfce4ui (dpkg won't complain), but it will crash on use because the symbol is missing.
