Public bug reported:

1) The sequence wich conducts to this bug report:
Open "System Settings"
Click on "Online Accounts"
Setup Google account
Click on "All Settings"
Click on "Security & Privacy"

Then the security panel did not open, system settings stcuked and
crashed generating this bug report.

2) Bug is reproductable:
Open "System Settings"
Click on "Online Accounts"
Click on "All Settings"
Click on "Security & Privacy"
Then the "System Settings" panel close automatically

3) Observations:
- If you open "Security & Privacy" once before going to "Online Accounts" the
bug does not happen.
- If the bug is not reproductable try switching On or Off the google account
before going to "Security & Privacy"
- I did not try with any other type of online account else than the Google one
- It might even not correlated with an online account, maybe the switch "Online
Accounts" to "Security & Privacy" is the root cause
- My system was a complete fresh install, it was the first power up and
configuration, without anything else intsalled before except Chromium
