Public bug reported:

On the Lenovo Yoga 13 some keys, when being held down, are not released
(e.g. pagedn, up arrow, etc.). Once this happens, the mouse cursor also
starts scrolling in some or other direction (it can be moved with the
track-pad, but keeps moving in that direction).

Using an external keyboard fixes the problem.

At startup, the keyboard complains about unknown key events, but I
silence those using

sudo setkeycodes e03e 255
sudo setkeycodes e060 255

The behavior described here happens irrespective of whether these
commands were executed.

My temporary work-around is to put the machine to sleep; after wakeup
the keyboard works fine again.
