I downloaded fresh daily build from 11.03.2014, the problem is reproduced, I confirm a bug. Problem reproduced on virtual computer under Microsoft Hyper-V 2008 R2 SP1 at a stage installation and a language choice. When scrolling mouse wheel (middle button) scrolling doesn't work, and cursor jumps in a slevy top corner. If come at the scrollbar "Ayatana Overlay" buttons, 1 time scrolling occurs and the cursor again jumps in the left top corner. Watch video in attach. P.S. Awful scaling of window at language choice it is normal?
