Public bug reported:

lxrandr has the option to  "Show the same screen on both laptop LCD and
external monitor"  It should also have the option to "Show laptop LCD
left of external monitor" and "Show laptop LCD right of external
monitor"  Those options would position the LCD and external monitor side
by side.  These are missing currently and should be added.
