yes, sorry, it still happens today (Mar 13, 2014), and worse, now it seems to ignore the MicMute-Key completely, meaning that the LED also isn't (properly) operated any longer. By the way, there was also no change from the regular switch from version 3.11.0-17 to 3.11.0-18 recently, but here the LED still works.
