Public bug reported:

The test plan (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Process/Merges/TestPlan/unity-
scope-click) says:

"Verify you can go back and forth in the dash and progress still works
(use a larger app, like sleepytime)"

This does not work for me, i.e.:

- look for "sleepytime" in the apps scope
- click on it, click "install", wait for progress to appear
- go back to the dash
- click on the app again

Expected:
- progress is continuing

Current:
- Install is offered again, but after a while the app actually is installed
