Version: Ubuntu 7.04 with all Security and bug Updates installed
Whenever I search for any program in the Synaptic Package Manager, it
starts searching for a few seconds and then the whole window turns grey,
meaning the program froze. I then Force Quit the Program using the Force
Quit button on my bottom Panel and then clicking on the window to Force
Quit it. I then try to launch it again and then it won't launch anymore.
I have to launch it a few times before it will open up again and it
still hangs when i search for any program. I tried restarting and then
turning the computer off for a whole day and it still has the same
problem.
