Can you still reproduce this problem? As ofono itself really has no
direct effect on the screen blanking, enabling/disabling the lock
screen, my guess is that this is a powerd bugd.
That said, there's been a recent shuffling of some of the logic from
powerd into unity/MIR as well.
If this is still reproducible with image #250 or greater, I would
suggest moving the bug to powerd and assigning to rsalveti.
