I've confirmed this bug on multiple computers. It is the worst bug I'm dealing with right now on the 14.04 beta. I had to figure out how to manually configure openVPN by reading its config file. It took a lot of combinations before I got it to work. This import-feature is a huge help, when it is working. It makes it to where you don't have to have much knowledge or skill to set it up.
Even advanced user will appreciate the speed and eliminated-steps it provides. Even now that I know how to do it manually, I'd rather be able to import like before. This was very recently broken.
