Alberto, how is this invalid? I am still getting this error almost a
month after the initial report. I hate doing an apt-get upgrade and
getting a non-zero result. Why hasn't this package been reverted? Why is
it still in the update/dependency list? The vague answer "It severely
affects packages beyond the one that causes the flaw." is as
uninformative as it is potentially harmful to those like me who would
seek to eliminate this annoyance by installing the package anyway. What
harm would that do to my system? First instinct is that my server
doesn't have any usb devices, so give it a shot. But it is my RAID
server!

We are on the final beta. Somebody is fudging schedules. You shouldn't
have a final beta with build problems.
