Public bug reported:

borderless windows was enabled in 14.04, but it looks like that was not
enabled under metacity which ubiquity installer uses. This also fixes
the "ugly one pixel white border" around the installer which all
designers complained to me about.

To match the compiz/unity7 theme we should disable borders in metacity
as well.
