That's quite buggy, it unity-scope-tool depends on unit8, which means people wanting to develop for Ubuntu Touch using their unity7 desktop are going to get unity8 pulled in (including extra indicators and quite some other things you don't need/want to write applications on your desktop installation). Is there a way we could have the feature without the full depends?
