Public bug reported: When I'm watching a youtube video on fullscreen, if the screen goes to sleep ( which happens suddenly, not the normal fading way ), when I move the mouse to wake up the screen is frozen while the video still plays normally. ( I mean I can still hear it, but the video is still on the same frame ) also I get a popup to unlock the keyring after the unity restart.
I go to tty1 and try: killing unity-panel-service didn't seem to do any difference. restart unity it self seems to get the thing to work again, but the panel loads with no indicators at all. I'm using 14.04 daily build, upgraded from 13.10, firefox, and the normal flash from the software center ** Affects: unity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: - When I'm watching a youtube video on fullscreen, if the screen goes to sleep ( which happens suddenly, not the normal fading way ), when I move the mouse to wake up the screen is frozen while the video still plays normally. + When I'm watching a youtube video on fullscreen, if the screen goes to sleep ( which happens suddenly, not the normal fading way ), when I move the mouse to wake up the screen is frozen while the video still plays normally.
