I'm not convinced about the non-freeness ("all rights reserved" is a
standard copyright law phrase that's often modified by other
permissions, and in this case it looks like the X licence in fact
prevails), and this wasn't a deb-multimedia thing.  Still, this does
seem pretty obscure and I have no objection to removing it since the
Debian X team doesn't appear to care about it.
