I run xubuntu 14.04. After an upgrade about a month ago I guess the
notification area stopped showing icons. I use dropbox, cryptkeeper,
etc. None of their icons appears to show in the notification area. I
resetted notificaion area settings, removed it from the panel and added
again. Stll the same issue.
