As I didn't want double boot with windows I kept my L322X in legacy boot mode 
before I repartitionned to remove the furbished DIAGS and boot FAT partitions 
so that I reclaim the whole SSD for sda1 and swap (for hibernation) then I 
fresh installed ubuntu Raring over Precise.
No need to say I'm a bit suspicious about the upgrade to Trusty Tahr
