P.S. I'm not sure if this is related but I'll share it anyway. If I try to drag icons on the launcher, I can drag them but I cannot place them. Releasing the mouse button does nothing, unless the icon has abandoned its old position. Once the line (showing where the icon is or will be placed) has moved from its spot, releasing the mouse button no longer works. The icon is stuck. Clicking does nothing. The only thing that works is hitting the Escape button, which releases the icon to resume its original position.
