This shows that you had a locally-modified /etc/exports (which is reasonable), and a new version of the default /etc/exports became available; and you apparently chose an option here on upgrade - I can't tell which from the log - that left the file broken afterwards. Please attach /etc/exports from your system.
The most effective way for you to fix this is by editing /etc/exports by hand to repair the syntax error, then running 'dpkg --configure -a'. ** Changed in: nfs-utils (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1310354 Title: package nfs-kernel-server 1:1.2.8-2ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 22 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nfs-utils/+bug/1310354/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
