Public bug reported: When working on CMake-based project at random times I'm getting the following bug: 1) Open file from the project tree. 2) Edit file 3) Compile 4) Close file 5) Reopen the same file - a message on top appears "File was changed outside qtcreator". Previous edits are not saved!
This bug appears randomly - I can't see any logic. No external programs are working with this file. No dead instances of qtcreator are in memory. When this happen I have to delete all build files and CMakeLists.txt.user file and re-create the project. Otherwise I can get rid of this bug and can't edit any files - all edits will be lost! This bug is stopping the workflow and is critical. The program is actually unusable!
