A good fat cutting program is hard to come by on the Internet. A lot of people 
know that the only requirement you need to cut fat is to have a lower calorie 
intake than outtake. However, for men who are ready to cut fat after the 
bulking stage of building lean muscle, it's important to maintain the muscle 
that they've put on. Cardio is one of the best ways to burn fat, but it 
naturally burns muscle away as well. If done properly with a good diet, you can 
cut fat while maintaining muscle. Avoid muscle cutting programs that have these 
3 signs that they're substandard:
1. It doesn't explain how to cut fat
Like I mentioned earlier, the theory of cutting fat revolves around the rule of 
having a lower energy outtake than intake. But if the fat cutting program 
doesn't even talk about this, it's either a diet or a scam. Diets do not help 
you cut fat. They help you lose weight. Note that they're not the same thing. 
Losing weight from a diet follows the same technique as cutting fat, since 
there's a very low calorie intake, but it forces your body to go into survival 
mode, clinging to your fat reserves as using muscle as energy instead. So you 
can actually be skinny and unhealthy if you go on a diet. It's important for 
people to understand how to cut fat before undertaking a fat cutting program.
2. Cardio exercises designed to cut fat
The action which physically burns fat is the cardio that you do. The reason why 
cardio burns fat so well is because it works in the presence of oxygen, ie. 
it's an aerobic exercise. However, this naturally results in protein being 
burnt away as well. Cardio, in co-operation with a muscle maintenance diet will 
help you cut fat while keeping muscle intact. A good cardio exercise program 
will tell you the sets and reps involved, as well as how much rest you should 
take in between exercises.
3. It doesn't talk about the food involved in cutting fat
The factor that depends how much fat you lose and how much muscle you retain in 
a fat cutting program is what you eat. You can follow a fat cutting exercise 
regime and you will lose fat, but that will only result in you losing muscle as 
well. Remember, cardio is the best way to help you lose fat, but only if done 
effectively. You can do cardio and still keep your muscle but it depends a lot 
on what you eat. A good fat cutting program will explain the biochemistry 
behind fat loss and the foods you physically have to eat and in what ratio to 
lose fat.
Remember run far, far away if you see a fat cutting program that doesn't talk 
about cardio exercise, explain how to cut fat, or the foods involved in a fat
