Public bug reported:
As of 14.04 nautilus windows can no longer be moved via the toolbar -
only via the window titlebar. This is different to other apps (gedit,
sysem-settings, evince, etc), which still allow the window to be moved
by clicking on the primary toolbar.
Seeing as the primary toolbar and the titlebar are visually 'melded', it
makes it hard to know exactly where to click to move the window.
