@psivaa, would you mind turning that machine on, with cgroup-lite installed and cgmanager disabled, and with the ubuntu user existing (in sudo group) with my ssh key set up (ssh-import-id serge-hallyn), and with a port forward through your access point so I can log in and try to debug?
