Same problem seen on Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit on a Toshiba Satellite S855-5378 (different machine, same generic bt mouse) with built-in bluetooth. The bt mouse will connect, but status never shows "paired". The mouse works maybe 30 seconds while the bt mouse battery is discovered, then mouse stops working when the battery indicator finishes what it is doing.
