I tested the attached debdiff, works great.
If fit this upstream level compatible fix backporting the policy rule, please 
sponsor this update.
The fix is important with GNOME Shell accessibility related.
If I using the modified package version, press and hold down ALT key the power 
menu item in the settings menu category, Orca screen reader wonderful spokening 
me the suspend menu item. If I this situation pressing ENTER key when the ALT 
key is holded down, my machine suspending right. If I only unrelease the ALT 
key, Orca screen reader wonderful spokening me the power off menu item.
