This bug looks like we're trying to put the same executable into job execution environment twice.
I've verified that it doesn't happen when running from trunk with mk-venv and all of the providers manage.py develop'ed. I'm about to test it in a clean 14.04 + ppa environment, it could be somehow caused by packaging.
