After upgrading to ubuntu 14.04 Eclipse is crashing just right after
Content Assist popup is displayed.

When launching eclipse from console I get this:

Searching for similar errors I found this bug -

I've removed these packages from my system and it did help:
libwebkitgtk-1.0-0
libwebkitgtk-1.0-common
python-webkit
webkit-image-gtk

Eclipse doesn't crash now, so we can consider it as a workaround.
However now in Content Assist I see style formatting text, e.g.:
