Public bug reported:

The subversion module in Anjuta no longer allows me to save the password
(option is grayed out). And it no longer loads the password used by
subversion. This feature worked fine in Ubuntu 12.04 and stopped after
the upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 and the update of the subversion repository
version. The repositories use https. Both of my Ubuntu machines (64bit
and 32bit) are affected by this bug.
