Public bug reported:

I installed JACK two days ago on a fully updated Gutsy system. Just
noticed that JACK put a strange folder into my personal files folder. It
is named "jack-0200ee01" and contains the following files:

jack.freedb
jack.progress
jack.toc.

I did not encounter this problem in 7.04.

1.) Could you please fix JACK so that it behaves like other programs that
either put a ".something"-file into your personal files folder or that put
their presets and working data somewhere else in the first place?
2.) Can you give notice when we can delete this folder without damaging JACK by
that?

** Affects: jack-audio-connection-kit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
