Well, the rtbth drivers works very good in Ubuntu 13.10. Someone that
still has 13.10 can build and share the whole pre-maked folder, with the
modules (.ko files) working? I'm not an expert in this, but I was
reading that we can insert the modules (with insmod) and after load it
without needing of compiling it with the 3.13 kernel... unless they
don't work with a newer kernel, but I think that we can give a try

In 13.10 I faced with this problem. But if you can pair, and you can't do any 
other activity you can go to Startup Applications, and add "bluez-simple-agent" 
on every startup. Restart; now you can use the whole bluetooth. Turning off/on 
doesn't work very well, there isn't solution to that.
