Steps to reproduce:

 * On 14.04: sudo apt update; sudo apt upgrade

What should happen:

 * All packages are upgraded

What happens instead:

 * One package held back: ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples
 * "sudo apt install ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples" doesn't update package either

Notes:

 * Inspecting the package in aptitude reveals: "Some dependencies of 
ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples are not satisfied: ubuntu-ui-toolkit-examples 
depends on qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel [UNAVAILABLE]"
 * qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel exists only on Utopic: 
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=qml-module-qt-labs-folderlistmodel&searchon=names
