@psusi First of all, it's not a "misconfiguration", it's a perfectly working configuration.
Secondly, the claim that there's nothing you can do detect and deal with it is ridiculous. If there's a sequence of commands you can type to get the information and fix the problem, that can be automated. Yep, there's nothing here but a bunch of people venting their frustration. Usually on a normal bug report there are people venting their frustration and people trying to fix it. But if you close it as "opinion" then yes, it will only be people venting their frustration (plus an - pardon - plus a person claiming such a thing is not a bug) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1289977 Title: Ubuntu 14.04 Update breaks grub, resulting in "error: symbol 'grub_term_highlight_color' not found" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/1289977/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
