I downloaded and Installed Tribe 5 on a virtual machine. The patch is already applied in the linux-source-2.6.22 package, so the Zyxel ZyAir G-220v2 wireless card should just work fine. At the moment I can't test the card, but I consider the bug to be fixed in the next stable version. In case of any further problem I can always reopen the bug.
