The "failed to download extra data files" message doesn't seem to accomplish anything. It just keeps repeating, even though I click the "run this action" button and authenticate. This was the case with previous updates too.
THUNDERBIRD problem About two or three weeks ago (perhaps a bit longer), Thunderbird started issuing notices that it could not save to the drafts file. About the same time it started creating a new subdirectory, "Drafts>>[Gmail]>Trash" (or Trash>>[Gmail]>Drafts, I forget which and have lost my notes). Although I can delete the (empty) directory, it reappears and the message persists. Keyboard response is definitely better. Autoclick timeout seems more reasonable, but only with limited testing. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1272448 Title: December 2013 updates to 12.04 LTS cause multiple problems To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/1272448/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
