Public bug reported:
Killswitch state property is not updated properly when toggling the
switches using rfkill command line utility.
Just do "rfkill block wlan" and see from dbus-monitor output that no
PropertiesChanged signal is emitted and the state property still
constains a wrong "unblocked" value.
