Public bug reported:
On r50, if sometime in the past I pinned something to the launcher (eg,
the authenitcator app), I can use the launcher icon to start the app
(good), but rather than showing a small triangle to the left of the
existing launcher icon, it instead shows a new (identical looking) icon
to show it is running.
