As far as the videolan team tells there is a libdvdnav 4.9.9 -- but
since there own compile process pulls in libdvdnav 4.2.1
(https://wiki.videolan.org/UnixCompile/) there are two possibilities:
the process how to compile vlc yourself is not described correctly, or
there is no libdvdnav 4.2.1 available to the public.

Both would be bad!
