I'm having the same issues as everyone above my logs look exactly the same. I'm using a Asus X550AC latop with the ath9k Ethernet chip/card. I was able to fix the HardKey shut off on boot with the instructions "http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2181558"; However the Fn+F2 key still doesn't work I have tried to map the keyset but I can't get the Fn key to map with anything that I use.
