Christopher, thanks for your reply. Strange thing is that this doesn't happen in another 14.04 Hyper-V VM with exactly the same kernel and Hyper-V cluster. Maybe it has something to do with the package hv-kvp-daemon-init or Generation 2 Hyper-V template. Whenever I have more information according this I'll run ubuntu-bug linux.
