Hello again,

the root cause of both problems seems to be how Qt's printing dialog
handles the printer properties and what qpdfview makes of it,
specifically the color mode which Qt seems to ignore anyway (and
qpdfview only uses to force grayscale but not color), would it be OK for
you if we merge this and bug report #1331646? (The specific issues are
different, but their underlying reason seems the same to me.)

P.S.: Thanks for trying Qt Creator, but I think I was on the wrong track
there since Qt Creator under Ubuntu 14.04 uses Qt 5 where as qpdfview
and JuffEd use Qt 4. Could you try JuffEd? Sorry for all the trouble.
