When Sound Juicer cannot find a CD in the musicbrainz database it gives
a button to "Submit Album". Push it and a webpage to musicbrainz.org
opens. Choose to enter data via the simple method (which requires no
account). After restarting Sound Juicer (i.e. re-reading the CD) it
still cannot find the information (which was just entered). The "Lookup
count" on the musicbrainz website does increase by one each time Sound
Juicer reads the CD, so apparently it does attempt to get the
information. It just fails. On the console Sound Juicer prints:
Unrecognised cd stub element: 'disambiguation'
