Public bug reported:

I marked to set the clock in gnome to multiple timexones, so that I
could include India, where I have some family.  However, there appeared
to be no selection for the Republix of India.  Neither the list nor the
map showed any sites in India.  Possibly this could be fixed.  The
entire country is on one single time zone, UTC+5:30.  See
