Hi, I got it working with the following steps: 1. add "splash = y" to /etc/uswsusp.conf 2. set DOUBLE_CONSOLE_SWITCH=true in /etc/default/acpi-support 3. modify /etc/acpi/hibernate.sh to work with Feisty's uswsusp package (see attached patch) 4. re-generate the initramfs to add modified uswsusp.conf
