What happens:
Setting the TechnologyPreference in org.ofono.RadioSettings does not persist
after a reboot.
What should have happened:
Either:
a) ofono should read a gsettings e.g. com.ubuntu.touch.system-settings
cellular-data-technology-preference
b) indicator-net should read a setting and change ofono
c) the ofono setting should persist
