Please sync libccaudio2 2.1.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh-autoreconf to get new libtool macros for ppc64el.
* Build-depend on pkg-config to fix FTBFS.
