@MicroPor: You shouldn't need to delete entire ~/.local/share/Trash, but only ~/.local/share/Trash/metadata file.
But in can you already deleted ~/.local/share/Trash, you can make it work again by Dolphin > Settings > Trash > tweak the setting and back again so you can click OK. Now Trash should work again.
